Mission Trip 2009

NEW Youth Center Construction Site

This will be your one-stop for pictures, drawings, plans, and videos about the new Youth Center that will be constructed over the next several months on the current site of the Retreat House.

THURSDAYS ARE THE NEW WEDNESDAY

It has been awile since we have updated this site. I will be adding some photos of some recent work being done at the house. Over the next few weeks we are preparing to lay the foundation for the addtion and really get down to business with building this incredible new facility. We NEED YOUR HELP! Join us on Thursday evenings from 6pm - 8pm and help make this project a reality. If you have any questions, please contact me at nate@thealucc.org. I appreciate your help with this and am so thankful for all the wonderful help that has been offered over the past several months.

Couple of things to point out.

1. We are looking for between 4-6 volunteers each Thursday. Anymore than that at this point would be too many.

2. Volunteers must be at least 8^th graders or older and parents are also highly encouraged as well.

3. Please bring work gloves and dress accordingly – old and warm clothes.

6. Our project coordinators are; Mark Spaetzel, Dave Witzigrueter and T.J. Frie. For specific questions regarding what exactly we will be doing on each day, please contact them;

Thanks again in advance for all your help. This project will only be a reality with everyone helping out. I am so excited to see the finished project and I look forward to working with each and everyone of you over the next several months to see it completed. This is also a great opportunity for you Confirmands to get some service hours in. This is going to be a lot of work, but a lot of fun too!
