Programs & Activities

Located at 140 Lear Road since its inception in 1979, the Good Neighbor Thrift Shop is a non-profit mission program of the Avon Lake United Church of Christ. It is largely staffed by volunteers.

The Thrift Shop offers affordable, quality resale merchandise to shoppers. It also provides an arena for Christian giving, both for volunteers and donors.

The Thrift Shop welcomes volunteers and also gratefully accepts gently used clothing, household items and small furniture.

Store hours are:
Monday to Friday : 10 am to 5 pm
Saturday : 10 am to 4 pm
