JR. HIGH SUMMER MISSION TRIP

July 22 - 26, 2012

 

    We are now accepting registrations and applications for our 2012 Jr. High Summer Mission Trip. This is your place to get all the latest information regarding this summer's trip! This summer we will be traveling to Washington U.C.C. in Cincinnati, OH and spending four days there. We will be assisting them with their summer children's program, serving a meal to the homeless community in Camp Washginton, learning about homelessness and poverty, sharing in worship together, growing in faith and having a ridiculous amount of fun while doing so. The trip is scheduled for Sunday July 22nd - Thursday July 26th, 2012. The cost of the trip is $165 per person. This includes all of your meals, lodging, t-shirt, transportation and much more.

 

To sign-up for this summer's trip each participant must complete the following paperwork:
Avon Lake U.C.C. Waiver/Release Form
Washington U.C.C. Release Form
Avon Lake U.C.C. Mission Trip Application Form

 

All of these forms will be available at church on our table outside of the library or on our website at www.thealucc.org/youth.

 

To reserve your spot, complete all of your paperwork and turn that in with a non-refundable $50 deposit check (made payable to Avon Lake U.C.C.) by FEBRUARY 1st.

 

This trip is open to all youth in grades 7 and 8 currently. There is very limited space on this trip, so please sign-up today to secure your spot. You are welcome to bring a friend along with you if you would like to.


We are also looking for a few male and female chaperons to go along with us on this trip. We encourage you to be adventurous, flexible and ready for anything. For more information, please contact Nate.
