Join us for an afternoon of fun and games and a chance to forget about the weather outside! There will be food, games and of course the competition. The tournament will be a double-elimination format and the top 5 teams will win prizes ranging from cash to gift certificates. First place winner has the chance to take home $300! Sign-up today and help raise money for our trip this summer. Anyone can sign-up – adults, kids, grandparents, friends, family! Get your partner and get ready for a great day of competition and fun. ALL proceeds from Our 4th annual corn hole tournament to benefit our Senior High Summer Mission Trip to Pittsburgh, PA – June 10-16, 2012.

NEW IN 2012: A chance to set a world-record. The record for the longest Corn Hole shot made is 109 feet. We are going to give you a chance to make one from 110 Feet Away. All shots will be videotaped. More information coming soon!

There will be two brackets: OPEN & YOUTH. To compete in the youth bracket, one team member must be the age of 14 or under as of March 17, 2012. A team with one member 15 older and one member 14 or under may choose which bracket they would like to compete in – YOUTH or OPEN.

To register, download the form below, fill it out and mail it to 32801 Electric Blvd. Avon Lake, OH 44012 with a check for $35.00 made payable to Avon Lake U.C.C.
