About UCC

The United Church of Christ, with headquarters in Cleveland, is as old as the Pilgrims and as new as 1957, when the denomination was formed as the union of several different Christian traditions. We unite with almost 6,000 congregations nationwide to undertake ministries and missions throughout the United States and the world. From the beginning of our history, we have been a church that sought and achieved unity without requiring uniformity.
